Workshop Overview
Our Fall 2026 Workshops are designed to provide K–8 students with a fun, engaging, and collaborative learning experience while strengthening math and reading foundations. These in-person workshops take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students in our Math Bootcamp will focus on developing skills in arithmetic fluency, fractions, algebraic thinking, and other core math skills. Meanwhile, our Reading Bootcamp delves into reading comprehension, vocabulary, informational text analysis, and other key language arts skills. With two modules running throughout the summer, your child can join one or more workshops to match their interests and academic needs. Each session is designed to keep young minds engaged, ensuring that every student thrives.
We understand how important it is for parents to stay informed about their student’s academic progress and overall development. At Math Man Olmedo Tutoring Center, we believe that consistent communication and progress monitoring play an important role in helping students reach their academic goals. To support this, we provide parents with monthly evaluations that offer insight into their student’s growth, performance, and ongoing learning needs. Each month, our tutors complete detailed evaluations that highlight the student’s learning progress, work ethic and engagement, areas of strength, and areas that may need additional support. Tutors also provide recommendations for future instruction to help guide the student’s continued development. These evaluations allow parents to better understand how their student is progressing, recognize achievements, and stay informed about the next steps in their academic journey.
