In-Center Tutoring

Our tutoring center provides a learning environment that facilitates and supports mathematical discourse. Whiteboards, independent study spaces, and textbooks are amongst the many resources readily available to students. Our teachers are trained to guide students in the exact direction that their teacher is teaching them. We also provide a unique curriculum that serves as enrichment after students have completed their assignments.

We also have experience tutoring students in higher level math courses (Honors, AP, IB, Dual Enrollment) and with a range of learning abilities and challenges such as ADHD and dyslexia. Some of our teachers hold masters degrees and special education teaching credentials.

At Math Man Olmedo, we recommend two in-center tutoring sessions per week to keep up with class material, reinforce key concepts, and complete homework with support. This consistent structure helps students build confidence, stay organized, and make steady academic gains.
