Virtual Tutoring
Math Man Olmedo provide effective and engaging online support for students in all grade levels. Teachers utilize a document camera, tablet, or interactive whiteboard to work one-one-one with students in any grade level . Students are able to share their screen and send their work via email or scheduling form. After completing their assignment, students can work on supplemental practice problems from our curriculum that are personalized and self-paced.

We also have experience tutoring students in higher level math courses (Honors, AP, IB, Dual Enrollment) and with a range of learning abilities and challenges such as ADHD and dyslexia. Some of our teachers hold masters degrees and special education teaching credentials.
Our teachers utilize a variety of resources such as online graphing calculators, real-life manipulatives, and content support to ensure students gain conceptual understanding of each skill.
On average, a math teacher will teach two new lessons per week. We recommend scheduling 2 sessions per week to ensure students are gaining proficiency on the new concepts..
